//Doesn't carry regular body armor chest plates but can fit a smaller ~8 x 11" horizontal plate across the waist or if worn high then across the chest/waist
//Doesn't have horizontal molle webbing only vertical |
//Quick Locking strap clips are very durable

//5 Point Review: HAZARD 4 FRontline Chest Rig
//CONCEPT
// //PERFORMANCE
//I do wish the design had horizontal molle webbing to accomodate different layouts. As with all vest the usefulness depends on the attachments. I will say the vest feels very mobile & has an old fashioned fencing or boxing style feel, especially great for upper body mobility. The design is lacking if you're intending for heavy combat applications as it can't fit a normal chest plate nor back plate. For recreational use the vest is solid. It does lack an easy on off feature such as a zipper divider to easily slip on but you trade that for more rugged durability which this has. The vest itself is semi rigid & the backside has insulated padding to keep the wearer cool. A

//CONSTRUCTION & DESIGN
// //ROLE & APPLICATION
//For most purposes the black color is the least inconspicuous. As a mock sling back pack or messenger the black color can mask the fact that it's a tactical vest. Despite this everyday civilian use is limited to situations where a messenger style bag is normal. |
